Sale and Purchase of Products:

Sowjanya Saree Mandir (“Seller”) hereby agrees to sell, and You (“Buyer”) hereby agree to purchase, goods of the description and quantity described on the checkout window (“Checkout”) and incorporated herein by this reference (“Goods”) on the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement

Purchase Price:

Buyer agrees to pay the Purchase Price of the Goods as posted on our website attached here. The total amount of the Purchase Price shall be payable in full by Buyer.

Delivery:

Delivery shall be made in accordance with Seller’s shipping policy in effect on the date of shipment. Delivery dates provided by Seller are estimates only. Seller will make reasonable efforts to deliver in accordance with such dates; however, Seller will not be liable for failure to deliver as estimated.

1. Domestic Shipping

Sowjanya Saree Mandir offers shipping across India through reliable courier service. The courier charges will be borne by the customer. All the orders will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of order. The customer can check the status of their order by logging into our website Sowjanya Saree Mandir.

• All our products are packed in secure tamper proof packaging. If you find that the package is tampered, please do not accept delivery of the same from the courier. If the customer accepts delivery, it will be assumed that the product arrived in a perfect condition.
• All products ordered in one cart will be shipped to one shipping address. If there is a requirement for the products to be shipped to more than one shipping address, then please create separate orders in separate carts for each address.
• All products are insured by Sowjanya Sarees against loss or theft from date and place of dispatch to date and place of delivery at no additional cost to the customer

  2. International Shipping

• Shipping costs are payable for shipping to locations outside India. International orders are normally processed within 10 – 15 business days from the date of orders.
• All our products are packed in secure tamper proof packaging. If you find that the package is tampered, please do not accept delivery of the same from the courier. If the customer accepts delivery, it will be assumed that the product arrived in a perfect condition.
• Local Taxes, Duty & Customs should be borne by the customer. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

The recipient is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country.
