Return and Refund Policy
- All our products are pre-checked for quality and defects before they are shipped. So Sowjanya Saree Mandir does not have an exchange or return or refund policy. Once the products are shipped no returns will be accepted
- Returns/ Exchange accepted only in case of damaged or defective items. The customers are requested to raise the Return request within 2 days from the day of receiving the product(s) by contacting our staff at +91 6300339387.
- The product(s), the customer want to return, must be in saleable condition, original folds and packaging should be retained. The returnable products must be in unused and undamaged condition, the price and product tags should also be intact. Our reliable courier service staff will come and pickup the package once we accept the return request.
The return (or) exchange of the damaged/ defective product(s) delivered to the customer(s) will only be accepted if they are in the original condition with original folds and with price tags. If the damaged (or) the defective product is not with the original folds, it will not be eligible for return(or) exchange.
To initiate the returning process of the product(s) purchased from the Sowjanya Sarees website, the customers are supposed to contact the staff, through WhatsApp/phone, within two days of receiving the product(s). The customers should raise the request by staff on +91-6300339387.
Once the received product, which is requested for return goes with our exchange policy, we may accomplish the Customer’s refund processing within 7(Seven) working days from the receipt of product from the Customer in this regard.
The customers will not have an option to cancel any order placed from our website once it is either processed or approved by our team.
If there are any technical/stock issues for a placed order, Sowjanya Saree Mandir has the right to the Cancel the order without any notification and will refund the amount to the customer.
